X account is suspended - how to appeal

Apparently, there’s a massive X suspension wave happening. X AI is trying to suspend bots but it seems like they’re only suspending real human users and not the bots.

I got my message my X account is suspended at 21:05 9th of April and sent an appeal immediately.

If you haven’t sent and appeal yet, use this template to send an appeal. The appeal is taken from a Reddit user who managed to get their account restored last week.

Dear X Support Team,

I am appealing the suspension of my account [@username] for alleged inauthentic activities. I believe this was an automated error, as I have always operated the account as a genuine individual with a consistent identity and no intent to manipulate the platform or mislead others.

I have not violated X’s Authenticity policy. Specifically, I did not:

Create or use inauthentic/fake accounts, fake personas, or impersonate anyone (my profile picture is an original artwork by a friend, and all details have been accurate).
Engage in unauthorized automation, bots, coordinated activity, or artificial amplification.
Post bulk, duplicative, unsolicited, or spam-like content, replies, or mentions.
Participate in follow/unfollow churn, indiscriminate engagement, or any platform manipulation.

The only possible flag may have come from frequent IP changes due to VPN usage for privacy and security reasons only — never for evasion or rule-breaking. I sincerely apologize if this triggered any misunderstanding.

I respectfully request a manual human review of my account history and full reinstatement of [@username]. If any specific issue exists, please provide details so I can address it.

I’ve heard some horror stories about having to wait weeks to get the account restored. Some users had to submit multiple appeals.

I was pretty active on my account, posting 20-30 replies a day and posting 3-4 times daily for last couple of weeks to grow my account. But I never used any automations or bots, just me typing every post and reply one by one. I’m just annoyed at this point my X account is suspended, some people even say they didn’t get their followers back after restoring their accounts.

It’s been less than 24 hours for me since I’ve submitted my appeal and my X account is suspended still. I will come back with an update on my status.
